“Look How Far We’ve Come” ~ Move Mountains w/Me Monday

Written By: Author TyLeishia L. Douglass

Look how far we’ve come are we where we were yesterday? We made it this far climbing the mountain together to reach the same goal which is at the top. Yes, we may have started out with a long line which made it a lot better to get to the top. Why? because when one of us fell back we had that line for another to catch us. Some decided to just take the plunge of falling and that is not because we didn’t try to catch them.

I have to say I was in the line this year and I fell down the line and almost took the plunge to fall all the way down because the higher I climbed the steeper that mountain became. But sometimes when we slide down the slippery slopes it’s to regroup, refresh and the best part is upon your return, your ready to take on that climb and embrace the journey onward and upward.

What’s most rewarding is the line may not be as long as it used to be but when you look back, you realize there is no reason to take the plunge of letting go. You hold on because after all this time you know that your almost at the top how do you know that? Just take a look at where you were over the past 3 to 4 years and your still here and you made it past those hurdles.

Just want to encourage someone to hold on and don’t let go you have come this far and it was destined for you to keep it moving because those persons, places and things awaits you!
