Welcome to the 2nd  edition of “Moonlit Soul Light Nights”  “Every job is a self – portrait of the person who does it. Autograph your work with excellence” ~ unknown

In my opinion employees, customers are just as a major supporter and great asset as the owner, president, chairman and supervisors.   it doesn’t work or it’s potential of success is not100 without team support.  Especially those tram players who believe and have the same goals as being successful by doing what they love to do.

Employees are like the credits rolling after the movie is over.  Think about it, they are trained behind the curtains on what and how to help keep the business running by being given a title and then once they are ready, the magic happens and the customers have no idea what it took for that employee to be able to satisfy those customers needs.

Yup, Mondays just got more positive because at the beginning of each week, chances are people will see you first and not often the boss.  It feel great to have sent someone who was just about to have a manic Monday on their way with a smile, great energy and hopes of enjoying the rest of their first day of the week.

I hope you were able to cheer your Monday up by reading this blog of Moonday Monday where you can get your soul lit Monday’s day or night.  It’s good for reading any time of the day.

Until then,

Stay true to the passion that burn within you!
